Impedance spectrometer (EIS/FRA)
A new generation of impedance spectrometer
Fiaxell is happy to present a new generation of impedance spectrometer (EIS/FRA) specially dedicated for fuel cell research & development.
Why does this product match fuel cell research ?
Available in 1, 2, 5 and 10 Ampere units (40 A with booster), our impedance spectrometer with integrated galvanostat / potentiostat allows all tests from button cells up to industrial cell size stack.
Frequency range FRA/EIS: 10µHz to 1MHz (convenient for most fuel cell testing)
Floating operation, no need of ground, avoids parasitic losses
WE/RE/S/CE, 4-electrodes configuration
In/out: Analog and digital i/o, see below for technical specifications
Slim, small & light weight:
Easily transportable by hand due to its reduced dimension and weight (13 x 27 x 4 cm X 1.5 kg)
One instrument can be shared between test rigs and labs
Thick walled aluminium housing, virtually unbreakable
Extremely reliable, delivered with 3 years warranty
EU fabrication and designed by experienced EIS engineers
Cost effective and affordable for all labs (20-60 % less expensive than market prices- ask us for an offer)
Example of EIS measurement:
EIS measurement of a SOFC cell in the Open Flanges Set-up™ from Fiaxell. The cell is measured at 1, 2 and 5 Amps from 100 KHz up to 50 mHz
Smooth curves are obtained allowing equivalent circuit fitting with great accuracy
Stability & reproducible results: from high to low frequency without interruption
Intuitive and powerful software:
Equivalent circuit fitting and simulation, easy to build up
Easy to import/export data, all format included such as Zview, Zplot
Batch mode allows scheduling measurements and configuring experimental sequences
Can be controlled from LabVIEW, C++, Delphi, etc.
In conclusion, a product that makes everybody happy
Can be shared between different test rigs/labs
Provide reliable and reproducible results
Intuitive and powerful software
EU fabrication, engineered by EIS PhD scientists
Virtually unbreakable, delivered with 3 years warranty
Cost effective for all labs, from 20 up to 60 % less expensive than standard instruments on the market
